i believe it as nothing to do with a N8.
N9 will be Nokia's flagship and its already well known there top of the range device will run MeeGo and MeeGo will be on Nseries range as mentioned in this video.

correct me if i'm wrong but isn't tegra 2 cortex a-9. If so then there have been devices announced. Granted none are phones that I know all have been tablets if i'm correct.
