apparently the official Jolla answer is that Intex requested that when first activated, the phone would send a sms to Intex. But if that happens regularly, there is a bug!

Nokia did the same thing, BTW. Who do these people think they are? Sending SMS costs money. Making my phone spend my money without my explicit consent is downright criminal, IMO.

Others who ordered Jolla C from Finland.
Im not plaming Jolla or TNT of anything, but I have ordered alot of stuff and this was qenuily the first time ever when some delivery firm calls and asks for social security because of finnish customs. Is this a new trend or have I only been incredibly lucky for never experiencing this?
No calls about social security number. Hmm... no calls or no e-mails either about when I should be present either. So all in all not such a great experience, but I got lucky as I happened to be present

Most important for now, it seems to be a bug and thus not intended that the sms is sent periodically.
