If you don't get enough sleep you doing something wrong(if it's work related). Don't blame your work. It might be the reason but not the ultimate reason.
So what have we learned here? If you do a release it should not take 1 month to ship it. You should delay the release to public while internally prep the devices needed to reach X your target. Then ship. But I guess you have already learn a valuable lessen with lots of improvements to next release. I want your next phone before this one. Not possible? OK fine I will wait!

I also doubt that peoples predictions have much to do with reality. We now absolutly nothing about how the work is setup, and what problems there are. We don't even now what the picking status means.
I'v been promised to get my phone in December, and there's plenty of time left, and personally I don't care that much. I've managed fine without a phone so far. I'll get by some weeks (or months) more.
