Hi all,

New browsers are starting to support Do Not Track headers. Not a great solution for third-party tracking, but it's better to have it than not.

So the question is, how can we set MicroB to send custom HTTP headers (X-Do-Not-Track: 1 and DNT: 1) with every page request. There doesn't seem to be any way to set custom headers in about:config, only customize existing headers.

Some useful related info:

http://donottrack.us/ - This page has general information and some links to existing addons for Firefox. Includes jetpack and xpcom scripts that could be useful.

https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikiped...andard_headers

http://browserspy.dk/donottrack.php - This page tests for do-not-track headers.

AFAIK NoScript sends X-Do-Not-Track. I am sure some other plugins are out there. NoScript however is a little bit annoying imho on microb.

How do you install NoScript on MicroB?
