Yea it looks very good. But he should consider making icons by himself, not color another person's icons.. Otherwise just ask permission first..
But all in all great theme.

How to:
Download this .rar: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5kc39p1bl7feuhe/blue.rar
unrar blue folder and copy it to your N9. (MyDocs)
open Terminal and:
devel-su
rootme (default)
sh /home/user/MyDocs/blue/yukle.sh
That's all. Phone will reboot and first works little bit laggy but after everythings works perfectly. (Maybe after 10 minutes.)
Back to Original Theme:
open Terminal and:
devel-su
rootme (default)
sh /home/user/MyDocs/blue/orjinaledon.sh
Ps: Directory names are Turkish. Sorry for that
Important: This theme is compatible with Turkish region phones. Never tested different regions, whether its important or not!
