Wouldn't it be better to put the packages in any of the repositories?
Even if it's CSSU-devel, it would be better than using wget...

it shows "temporary failure resolving repository.maemo.rg bla bla bla

i just reflash emmc + firmaware before, and then setting repository, after that i install FAM, install rootsh filebox & leafpad, and install KP52 using this :
sudo gainroot
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i kernel-power_2.6.28-10power52_armel.deb
dpkg -i kernel-power-modules_2.6.28-10power52_armel.deb
dpkg -i kernel-power-flasher_2.6.28-10power52_armel.deb
dpkg -i kernel-power-bootimg_2.6.28-10power52_armel.deb
please tell me what should i do?

Try to correct your repositories from within HildonApplicationManager, they might be wrong. In the meantime grab wget here: http://repository.maemo.org/extras/p...sso3_armel.deb

and thank you for the link, i already downlooaded it. i just copy it to internal memory, and using:
sudo gairoot
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i wget_1.10.2-2osso3_armel.deb
the stauts was :
dpkg: error: dpkg status database is locked by another process
i am so confused

What you call 'AM' may be Application Manager, which i would call HildonApplicationManager

The message indicates that some package management is up and running. That may be some open HAM window or may be some background update of the repositories by HAM (runs sometimes, if an internet connection is established.
This is appalling, but there is no way around it, but to wait a couple of minutes.
For the repositories issue, please post the complete output of
