Is there anyone out there who can tell me what that hell is going on with my N900 ver:21.2011.38.1

I lost the vibration, now im just getting this weird fissss sound.

Sounds like the excentric mass isn't connected to the vibration motor anymore. I don't think that can be fixed (unless you have very special equipment).

happens to me.. just switch off vibration.. it will start vibrating after a week..

Did that it worked for some days but now it is gone again !

Hello!
If you haven't solved the problem, I might have a solution.
I have had a jammed vibration unit a couple of times and I've fixed it with this method:
1. Turn on your vibration.
You can use a script or a method that I used to get it to vibrate. I used the lens cover reminder app to set the vibration settings to incoming call so the vibration would be constant)
2. Slap your phone a few times against your palm when your phone is trying to vibrate and making a whining sound.
This should unjam the vibrator. Try to smack the sides of phone against your palms so you won't break anything. You might have to do this a few times.
3. When the phone starts to vibrate, make sure the vibrating is constant and strong.
