Supposedly only 300 were produced. Even if you can find it, the price would be much higher than the original retail price: 140,000 yen.

Dude initial price was US $1,200 back in >>2012<<
As soon as it was released its market value was close to US $2,000 because of its "Limited Edition" factor.

If you want one now, it will be higher than that price on top of that it will be used, with sweat marks and little scratches. One with wear 'n tear I'm guessing would be about US $2,400 (double the initial price)

I'm guessing a mint condition would set you back about US $5,000... but that would be almost impossible to find.

How about you don't spend your $5,000 or $2,500 or $2,000 or even $1,200 on a watch.
There's plenty of neat watches you can get in the $100 - $400 range.
Sure it won't be an Atomic Clock, but that's an overkill anyway. They're pointless unless you are an astronaut and travelling to space.

I'm cereal

@kangal, you just don't get it do you?
He's a collector and obviously hasn't got the financial problems many people struggle with daily.
If a collector wants a piece, there is no sense in offering something else instead, this is not about which choice is sensible.
