rename the .png icon easy to remember
i.e. terminal.png
put your .png icon into a folder
i.e. /home/user/MyDocs/.share/

then:
Icon=/home/user/MyDocs/.share/terminal.png

This .share folder method also hide the .png icons appear on gallery

I would like to replace the homescreen folder icon with the one I made to match the tweaked background transparency, any idea how ? Below are some I made for own use. Folder icon with transparent background, TV icon is a leftover from a project I have given up, A bit bigger firefox icon and facebook.
