Hi all,

I recently joined the collective and bought a Nokia N9, but currently have an issue with syncing contacts. I can successfully pull all of my contacts down from Google/Gmail, BUT I am missing phone numbers! All of the other information seems to have synced successfully.

Has anyone else had this problem or a solution?

Many thanks,
Yuan

set up mail for exange with your google account.
it'll sync all your contacts, mails and calendar entries.

It's interessing me too.
What should I put in "username" and "domain" fields ,please ?

Edit : Got it. For other people like me :
username : put your email too
domain : let empty
and the step after ,just add m.google.com in server adress field

Hi. I have faced this issue too, but it seems that phone number will be successfully fetched into Nokia N9 if one mark it as 'mobile number' in contact's options in google.

I already have gmail through "Add Accounts/Google" and Google Calendar through "Add Accounts/CalDAV".

Should I delete these accounts before using the Mail for Exchange method or doesn't it matter?

Trying to avoid duplication of data.

Edit:
1) I did delete the 2 Google accounts first
2) I only entered my userid in the userid field (no @gmail.com suffix)

Worked like a charm!
