In short: each boot will use its own kernel (and OC settings), so while Fremantle boot should support KP50 and OC settings I have really no idea if Nemo's one does (most likely, nitdroid comes overclocked to the max iirc for example). This question should be asked in the Nemo thread (but not the release/announcement thread, use discussion thread for problems/features discussions: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=80361)

hmm it's not a problem for nemo i will use it only sometimes but i want overclock maemo again you know i tried to install again kernel power50 but it still conflicts with uboot so it won't install is there any other boot manager like uboot bot who doesn't conflict with kernel power 50 you said you have installed both uboot and kernel power 50 so I really don't know what to do delete uboot and having no nemo or meego or keeping it with nemo but no overclock on maemo I really don't know what to do

I guess I remembered incorrectly (kernel-power seems to conflict indeed). Check the Quad-boot threads, maybe there is a workaround. If not, work with nemo devs on patching their kernel to support this feature (pretty sure they will appreciate testers)
