The Web application's Navigation->Bookmarks (Manage Bookmarks) function has a Tools->Import / Export function which saves as an txt/html file.

I suggest that you export the N8x0's bookmarks to a file and then port to your PC where you can cut and paste your IE bookmarks (actually IE calls them "Favorites") into the file and then bring it back to your N8x0 for importing.

To edit an html file on your PC you can use Notepad, Word, Frontpage or any other editor.

In Internet Explorer use the File->Import/Export wizard which (if you select "Export Favourites") will copy your IE bookmarks into a bookmark.html file on your desktop.

Copy that bookmark.html file across to your tablet.

On the tablet open Bookmarks and select Tools->Import and select the bookmarks.html file you copied across.

Your IE bookmarks will be then be available in your bookmarks grouped in an "Imported Bookmarks" folder.

The above works for IE7 on XP and the n800 with OS 5.2008.43-7. I imagine it would be very similar on Vista, n810, 770 etc.....
