For reference, I just applied the recent update to DialCentral and my DialCentral icon on Personal Menu stopped working. I would select it and nothing would happen. I discovered that this is because the file that gets launched was moved (optified). The fix is simple -- delete the old icon and drag the DialCentral icon over again.
