TO FLASH OPEN KERNEL:
-run:
sudo dpkg -i flasher*.deb
-turn off n9
-ensure usb connected
-start n9
wait till you see:
'usb device connected: sync and connect'
{dont push it yet}
-run:
sudo flasher -F firmware.bin -f
-click 'sync and connect' to instantly starts flashing your root image
{and/or permanently destroys your device}
-immediately run: {nokia claims this voids your warranty}
sudo flasher -F firmware.bin -k openkernel --flash-only=kernel -f -R
-remove the usb cable after the second success, it should start on its own

sudo flasher -F firmware.bin -f
sudo flasher -F firmware.bin -k openkernel --flash-only=kernel -f -R

after doing this I cannot install apps via terminal... devel-sh gives 'not found' error? WTF

Had to scour the internet to write this informal guide for myself to occasionally reflash as i try dangerous(?) things like;
Mounting the entire mmc as ext4 or btrfs on /home/user {btw any one do this?} Perhaps this is the place to record it?<SNIP>

i think it does a simple runtime check for aegis open mode and displays it or not; i dont think it uses any write-once hardware or anything. {it could, but it doesnt appear to}

I flash the openmode kernel, starts!
and back to default kernel, starts again without disclaimer
