I just want a easy small prog to read out the noise level on one frequenzy. (One Job one Tool)

I just did some changes:

and pointed the compiler to this si4713.h: http://pastebin.com/ypVe631P

Compiles fine.
But when trying to do:
rval = ioctl(fd, SI4713_IOC_MEASURE_RNL, &rnl);
I get "invalid argument"
