A repost from the user thread on a ipv6 bug:

I am using v49 and I have ipv6 problems apparently due to rejected RADV which messes up the default route. A reported fix is on :http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=67923

May I ask for a .ko ?

Thanks

Do you mean this patch https://garage.maemo.org/tracker/index.php?aid=6784 ? It is already included in kernel-power

Yes this one. It is strange - I saw this report so I figured it was the problems I was experiencing.

I have a working ipv6 network at home (fritzbox, ipv6 tunnels, etc)

The n900 gets an ipv6, which I can ping6 from the lan and which can ping6 to the lan as well, but that's all - it can not ping6 external machines, or wget -6 from them, while they are properly resolved.

ip -6 route shows the proper route - identical to other machines on the lan. /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6 is not set

I haven't found similar reports of this problem. I'd like to keep ipv6 but it also causes problem with my google talk account, which works only if I disable ipv6 :-/

Any idea?

One minute search on this forum:

No need to uninstall anything. After a normal reboot the message should be gone.

So your device cannot handle ideal profile. BTW which kernel version did you install? If it is >= KP49, try using "default" profile or "dsp" profile.

Also, [development] section doesn't seem to be best for such usage questions.
