Yeah, I read your thread at the time. It's disappointing (not surprising) that it's not been found or returned, but I guess you're resigned that it's gone for good.

Whatever happens, don't bid on this pile of crap.

My message to seller:
Hi, your 4th pic clearly shows the USB cover is damaged although you have listed the N9 as brand new.
Is the phone new or used?

Seller just replied:
Its allmost new
Used for 2days maybe

asked the same Q and got same A, but she looks hot lol, but already have a N9 thats in better condition than A just 2 day old New 1, lol

Yeah I got a new one a week later so it's not too bad. The guy selling is an idiot, tempted to report to ebay, did that with another guy selling a 'dual sim' Nokia n9 which came in the bigger box and ran 'some sort of meego thing' Guy knew rightly he bought a dud and was trying to fob it off

Check out the white one By the same seller.. Read the description. Clearly describes a fake but the phone looks real :s
