Is there anything you can do with a Garmin Nuvi 255W GPS?
The maps are getting outdated and they want $70 to update them. Since you can buy a new GPS with lifetime updates for not much more than that it seems a waste of money.

Those things usually got WinCE underneath. Using the method used on older WinMo phones (wing linux) to run android on them you maybe could run linux on it
