I wonder if there is any chance to use apt-get command in rescueOS by NIN101. My N900 is not booting after I have installed fcam-drivers. So I'd like to uninstall it from command line. Maybe this would help without flashing all device?

i dont know about that but pribably flashing only the rootfs might do the job
and install backupmenu afterwords so that you dont have to face too severe situations .

You can use apt or dpkg. I did not managed to reflash the Maemo kernel or mounting the home partition.

Inside RescueOS type mmr to mount the Maemo rootfs. Now chroot into it by using the following command.
~ $ chroot /mnt/maemo /bin/ash
