Yes telescope is handled the background more elegantly. Once the merged finished, it should fixed this issue as well. I'll not release any more package for this Launcher. The next version will be part of telescope

Mgamerz, as I said I won't release this anymore. It'll be part of telescope and called telescope. When the merge is finish, I assume mitrandir will package it and published into extra.
