Most of the plugins i planed to write during the summer are more or less finished. Whats left is mostly a working frontend GUI, which is being worked on right now.

Any news on this? I saw the last update on git is almost a month old and I'd really like to get my hands on it.

Yes, to the day

Attilla have some unpushed code that's rather vital to the project and he have rather much to do at the moment, as you might have seen. As soon as that code is pushed it should be possible to use shepherd and otherwise I will make it so

Real life interfered on a number of levels, sadly. In any case, I got a fremantle devel box up and running yesterday (and I have actual Internet at home from Monday) so things can finally start moving.

Fanatastic, thanks for the answer. As I said, I can't get wait to get my hands on your work.

For me at least, this is the "killer app" for the N900.

Great work guys.

I guess it's safe to say that this project is dead.

Last update on git for shepherd was made on Thursday July 08 2010, last update on the shepherd plugins was made on Sunday August 15 2010.

I will have a look at the code that is released so far, maybe it is already usable.

Anyway, this is really, really sad. This is the one application I was absolutely excited about. Maybe, hopefully, someone will pick up where atilla and ecksun left.
