You can go to the Android Play Store - http://play.google.com then install apps on your device using your login that you've used on the tablet. It'll show up there...
For instance, my Nexus 7 is in Jamaica, I'm in the US. My wife just confirmed that the tablet now has Fancy on it (see picture)
