Before flashing, try to apply some brute force: Remove the postinst script!

Code:

sudo gainroot
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/osso-pdf-viewer.postrm
dpkg -r --force-remove-reinstreq osso-pdf-viewer

then try to apply the above code to correct your package system.
