i can browse https sites fine.

i rebooted, but still not connecting.

what can i try more? i dont know if resetting authentication can help

Related - Twitter updated their backend to disable SSL3 (re POODLE). My desktop client (MetroTwit) needed an update. That might be causing the Tweetian problem. Maybe foursquare have done similar on their servers? Qt networking/https on N900 defaults to SSL3 maybe? Browser will be using its own (Mozilla) security stuff.

Update 0.5.5 for maemo5 released.
Changelog:
  • SSLv3/POODLE issue fix
  • Debug system update

As always, you can manually download deb, use in-app autoupdate system, or wait until extras-devel submission will be completed.

All versions (alpha, beta, stable) are proposed to be updated to latest version.

what happened to the "add friend" button? using N900 i cannot add friends

Dont know, probably related to swarm thing. Have to charge n900 and test things out.
