The tech preview of Qt SDK 1.1 has been released. This gives you better tooling to play with QML and QtQuick, a lot nicer IDE in general with a few extra Maemo and Symbian goodies (yes, this one is an all-around SDK, no more Nokia Qt SDK vs Qt SDK).

QML primer: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.7-snapshot...eexamples.html

EDIT: Should you be eyeing a Nokia E7 communicator, that can now also be arranged ! See The Quick Competition

For those who not yet has tested QtCreator/Qt take a close look at some of the Qt Quick examples. There are some cool example apps :-D Even for non developers. (Photoviewer for example)

The good with Qt/Quick is the facts that it can also run as a desktop app.

Other than being unable to disable packaging (which is very annoying), this is awesome

Sure about that? Cause I didn't find it, and someone on #qt-creator mentioned it can't be done :/
