The flexing / bending of the kb is due to the kb OH not being finished yet?

And does the vkb have to be open in order to use the hwkb or is that just the testing thing?

I am really impressed what dirkvl has done so far. Keep going

I hope you get a chance show it for Jolla team at MWC whatever state it is it is.

But to make it clear for some people in this forum.

Ofcourse it is a testing/prototype, alpha. Thats what every person on this forum should realize. This is nothing anyone doing in some months. Especially not as hobbyproject with lack of money, tools etc.

No one can expect a home 3d printer can compare with industry.

Just give an example It costs atleast 10 000EUR for a manufacturing plastic mold and after that you had to pay per unit created. That means alot money.

So question is how much people are willing to pay at the end for dirkvl and other involved hard work.

Lets hope Jolla can help to.

This is gonna be a long night! Leaving for MWC tomorrow morning, printing final parts.

After MWC I will start uploading the parts list, 3D parts, assembly pics etc etc (since we are open source) to make way for future projects.

Wish me luck!

Looks quite promising, however on 3rd picture you can see that the qwerty toh is not fully in place.
