Not in rootfs, they might be in /home/user/.calendar/calendardb, which is located on the optfs/homefs partition /dev/mmcblk0p2

Sorry for a long delay in posting. Thank all of you who have halped me so far. Special thanks to michaaa62. After flashing my N900 lives again ! Everything is fine. I have lost some applications forever, but my phone is now reborn and I hope will continue working smooth. Many thanks once again !

Try to post the missing applications in a separate thread for people to help you out with packages. There is dpkg-repack application to even scrape an application from another N900!
