For all German speaking people:

http://www.chip.de/artikel/Nokia-N90..._38039778.html

The review by chip.de is very detailed imho and there is also a short video.

They're not overly impressed, though:

# Overall Rating: 81,4 %
#
# Mobility (size and battery life): 50%
# Multimedia: 100%
# Features: 72%
# PIM: 80%
# Internet: 96%
# Ergonomics (build quality and UI): 86%
This makes it #12 in its category:

1. Nokia N97: 95,1%
2. Nokia N97 mini: 89,5%
3. Nokia E75: 89%
4. Nokia E90 Communicator: 86,4
5. Nokia E71: 86,2%
6. HTC Touch Diamond2: 85,9%
7. HTC Touch Pro2: 85,3%
8. HTC Touch Pro: 85%
9. Sony Ericsson Xperia X1: 84,1%
10. HTC Touch HD: 83,8%
11. Samsung SGH-i780: 82,1%
12. Nokia N900: 81,4%
13. RIM BlackBerry Storm 9500: 80,6%
They think the N900 is better than the N97 in terms of multimedia experience and roughly on par with it in terms of internet, but loses a lot of points because of its missing standard phone features, its size and its battery life.

(And before any of the Americans here ask: The iPhone is in a different category and on #26 there. 86,6% though, but a different rating system is applied.)

You are right.
That's it

Ahh all a speaking bout apps but, but functions like MMS could be inluded in the OS and no sinlge app.

Well to me the Chip is on the level of the Computerbild for those who understand this

Short: Maemo is slower than the IPhone OS X

Ok multitasking is not such an important thing, for chip.

Seeing that N97 and N97 mini are leading tells me enough. That said i totally understand the point they are making about the phone side and they are not the only ones, but the thing is i know exactly what i'm getting there and i'm not worried.

Battery life in a other hand is something i need to see more reviews... dont think it will affect me buying N900 or not thought

Short: 1 GB Application Memory is more than enought!
Ooookay, its a Test for Joe Average. I can remember here a other threat.
