So I'm usuing cooktimer on a daily basis now. Thanks for this useful program!

I found just 1 bug:
- when editing the dishes, it is not possible to save names that contain non-ASCII characters

Further ideas:
- the menu entry 'edit items' could be named 'edit dishes' to match the wording of the main screen. Also, the title of that dialog uses 'dish' again.
- the red 'SAVE' button is more difficult to read (depending on the theme used, I guess) than e.g. the 'Add'. I'd suggest a more maemo'ish way and using default theme colors.
- To further maemofy that dialog, the 'Add' and 'Save' buttons could be renamed to 'New' and 'Done', respectively, and moved to the right side, while the list of dishes remains center/left (similar to how e.g. the addressbook's 'edit contact' dialog works).

I never tested what, but that should be solvable. Are experiencing this using a specific language, or just some specific characters?

I can agree with that. I am not sure if I will move the positions of the buttons though.

QR Code to take the pain out of the broken autobuilder
Cooktimer 0.0.3-12

Edit - QR Code removed application now in repo.

Thanks for the update Ade, hoping to see it in Testing when all is back to normal again.

Bump.

I would like to promote the latest version of cooktimer (0.0.3-12) to extras-testing.

You can give your vote here:
http://maemo.org/packages/package_in...imer/0.0.3-12/

Thanks in advance.

Edit:
Thanks all for voting, the package is promoted to extras-testing!

@ade
I`m running 0.0.3-14 here but was present in previous versions too.
There is some problems with rotation mechanism:

After that cooktimer completely freezes: its GUI for sure but I`m not sure about alarms (if they are gone too and won`t ring). It happened to me few times already, but I can`t provide You steps to reproduce it.
Some dishes were overcooked

These are not screenprints from version 0.0.3-14, as this version has another look. But that would not really matter, as the rotation mechanisme would not differ.
I have never seen this, but will keep a close look at it. If other users have seen this please report, maybe that gives more info.

This is true it is version 0.0.3-13. The latest as "Pick Duration" missing and as coloured Start/Stop buttons.

While I like the new layout I find the grey text on green for the Start button is hard to read.

I have never had the issue above, on any version of cooktimer.
@artpra
What version of CSSU?
What settings are you using in cooktimer's rotation options?
Do you have any steps to recreate it?
