Somehow i remember seeing some of the very first N9 videos showing copy paste on the browser. Tough could be just my imagination.

N9/N950 webkit2 browser is certainly the most modern and smoothest i have seen from Nokia, but seems like it needs more features. Like proper copy&paste and better bookmark system imo.

This is quite encouraging to end users in terms of what to expect or performance.

Sorry i forgot to quote you. It was about the name of the Australian shop. You commented it's one of the priciest retailers.

[QUOTE=xerxes2;1094097]Mynokiablog's got some more news up.

Preorder for down under:

Maybe not many Australians here, and xerxes2 hides the message a bit, but...
Yes, Nokia announced; The Nokia N9 will be available in October and sold through Optus, Telstra, Vodafone and all major retailers throughout Australia.
Practically all carriers and retailers offer some bonus.
Meanwhile not a word about Switserland or Singapore. http://www.nfc-phones.org/

For our fellow south africans:
http://ringaz.nokia.co.za/mobile-dev...-south-africa/

“This is just the beginning. The details that make the Nokia N9 unique – the industrial design, the all-screen user experience and the expressive Qt framework for developers – will evolve in future Nokia products,” concluded Ahtisaari.

Might as well mean Symbian but still good news.

There's been a few dates specifically mentioned now.
By carriers only I think, 7th was one IIRC...
Can't recall where, think it was at the whirlpool thread.
