Open phone, take old speaker out, put new speaker in, reassemble phone.

I just tried asking Nokia via Live chat. All he said was

I see. Please be inform that since Nokia N9 was not officially released here in UK, we do not have yet information about this

and then

May I know the IMEI of the phone, please?
