Well, we all know one specificity of AMOLED screens - the power consumption is heavily influenced by the color brightness. So, don't use white themes

Check page 15 here:

Post by Michael Dallas on Howard Forums confirming the following N9 specs:

Pentaband
Multiple colours (no surprise, as per N8)
12MP Camera with dual LED
No Snapdragon (what a surprise!)

you're seriously asking that?

how do i compare? i used these devices.
my old samsung jet, 800 mhz, lasts at least 4-5 days on normal use before telling me "battery low".
a friend of mine has the wave, 1ghz - 3-5 days depending on use.

me, n900, 600 mhz, one time per day, and quite often twice per day.

I seriously do hope they put a snapdragon on it so I wouldn't feel bad about buying my N900 and wanting a new one already haha

Serious question: Why do you want a Snapdragon? Do you honestly believe it is so much better than any other ARMv7 CPU available? Or is it because the Snapdragon is the flavour of the month?

his point is actually the contrary that it is not as good...
what he means is that he hopes the n9 is NOT that good bcuz he must have only recently purchased an n900

edit: go back and read his post again

I guess you're right... too subtle for me.

You feel that way even though you also said:

As a Galaxy S owner i can also say while the screen is nothing else than amazing on videos it got the same problem that Nexus ones AMOLED got where the actual resolution is not 860x480 and that really shows when you are looking at lots of text especially on this 4" screen.
I don't have much experience with AMOLED screens, but clear text that I can zoom to the size I want is most important to me (even though I do watch movies on my N800). Is the text quality/clarity not that bad, or is it just not as important to you relatively?
