Same problem; sync items from October shows, but not from November.

My current minor improvement to the problem is:

First install Organizer Feed application, and then:

Settings -> Notifications -> Feed on home screen -> Organizer Feed (button) -> calendar settings -> mail for exchange -> look ahead

Set this to something (e.g. 3 weeks)

Then from command line:

gconftool -R / | less

use '/Feed' to search for calendar feed, to get UUID for Mail for exchange

(lookAhead for 3 weeks is 1814400)

and then from command line:

gconftool --set /apps/CalendarFeed/calendars/<the-uid-just-discovered>/lookAhead --type int 31499500

Now Organizer Feed shows my calendar entries up one year in the future.

Also, i find setting one item per day (or something) from
Settings -> Notifications -> Feed on home screen -> Organizer Feed (button) -> display settings -> aggregation mode
useful

Find anyone a better solution. If the problem can not be solved, I will probably have to say goodbye to the N9. So I can never plan my schedule.

Same thing here, the N9 synched fine at first, and then I-don't-know-what happened and for the last.. while I am getting the "8393f00a"-syncing-error from the Nokia Suite (just installed the latest 3.6 Beta, after cleaning the installation of the old one including appdata-stuff), no improvement. Thinking about wiping the calendar on the N9 and resync through Outlook, see if that might help.

Is there a solution in the meantime?

A business handy with a calendar just for 4 weeks is not useable :-(

In this thread it is mentioned that is is 39 days (by empirical testing):

http://discussions.support.ovi.com/t...e/td-p/1535490

The reason is as mysterious as everywhere else...

To add more to the mystery:

Yesterday I added a new calendar called 'Zzz' (manage calendars
behind button in lower right corner and then '+')

I tried all kinds of tricks with this calendar (restarting calendar every
now and then). Finally, after some combinations of restarting and
disabling the 'Zzz' calendar. My synced December calendar entries
started to show.
I restarted the calendar a few times and the entries were still visible.
However, this morning December view was again empty...

Now I tried some combinations of enabling and disabling the 'Zzz' calendar
(without help) and then making 'Zzz' default and taking that default
out -- and then I could see my December entries again...
... but when tried to reproduce I lost those...

I got those back third time -- It was getting harder every time. This time
-- aftet trying a while -- I removed 'Zzz', recreated it, enabled and disabled
it, made it default and took that default off -- and finally after some
combinations of these (restarting calendar at arbitrary times) I got
my December events visible again.

Next time when I loose my December events again (my wild guess is
tomorrow) I'll try to play with 'Zzz' calendar without restarting the
calendar application (and just use [<-] button in lower left corner to
see whether the calendar entries are visible).

I just wonder whether this game is more enjoyable than Heebo ;/

EDIT: I just noticed I have 2 events in December -- but
calendar is showing only one

Ok, Now I get consistent (magical!) behaviour:

I have 2 synced events in December, days 13 & 14

I look events on day 13 and see nothing.

Now, when choosing 'manage calendars' from lower right menu,
there choose any calendar (either active or inactive), save it
(without changes) and then press [<-] button on lower right
corner...

The events on day 13 appears on my calendar.

If I look events on day 14 and do the above thing,
then events on both days (13th & 14th) are visible.

If I do the same calendar saving thing when the "cursor"
is on any other day, then the calendar entries of neither
of the above days are visible.

I am really wondering that only a hand full of people are disappointed about such non usable key feature of a smartphone like the calendar?!

See this thread for more info on this (very annoying) issue - including a manual workaround (see post from 'Wonger' on page 2):

http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=85572&page=2

For what little it is now probably worth, I posted this issue in the dev.nokia forum for Harmattan bugs.

Not working at all for me also. I noticed some day ago, when I created an event at Google calendar in a PC, that the event never appeared on N9. I tried "Sync all calendars", but nothing happened. This is really annoying as it never happened before.

Note that the event is set for October 20. I created it a week ago, so it's not in the far future to no be displayed....

UPDATE: back to basics. I just deleted CaldaV account and reinstalled. It's now working - well, at least, showing my October 20th event...:-)
