The domain named in your original conky file is no longer active. There is only one thing you could do about it; Buy the domain name.

An easier and cheaper method would be to switch to another site, offering the same service.

Like;
http://www.whatsmyip.org/

so if the domain in the original config file is inactive, this error message should appear for almost all the conky N900 users?

If that's the line they have in their conf file, yes, the same error should appear in all their conky screens.
