Since the files are on Mediafire, just removed the torrentfiles.

USB notification is probably because USB debugging is on (it can be turned off in developer options but I'm not sure if it's needed).

I don't think you can connect to your PC yet, NITDroid is still in development after all.

Check you APN setting, try removing the username and password and re-entering other settings as 3G should work fine.

nitdroid CAN be connected to pc by USB...sometimes...
usb debuging shouldn't have to do anything with his notification always on, that is not normal nitdroid behavior

Actually CAN. Just reboot and after choosing NIT on boot, plug N900 to PC. After startup it'll directly show USB connection. NEVER MISSES.

On my go NIT 2.3.7 drains ~1% per hour. ***** compared to my mate's Incredible S, BUT superb compared to my HTC G1 Dream and even my Window N50GT tablet.
Possibly 'cuz I did optimizations with system apps, used Autostarts to cut startup apps, and use Advanced Task Killer and set it to "kill when screen off"... Anyway, acceptable.
However NIT 4.0.3 drains ~5% per hour and also generates lot of heat, regardless of my opts...
Oops, sorry for mah bad Eng, I'm a Chinese senior high student~

Hey, won't you just use Filebox or WInSCP (on PC) for moving files rather than the effing XTerm? That'll be hell lot easier.

Nope, depends on your battery charge. once I had full charge under Maemo but NIT blinked red unplugged. I rebooted via keyboard shortcut (fast!) and plugged in and after start it says "Charging 5%" (apparently I was swapping battery) BUT within 5 min it said "CHARGED". Looks like NIT identified the full charge and it worked well after.
Hope helps. I'm a Chinese senior high stu and sry for poor Eng.
