I don't generally post shop links, but thought this might be interesting for some. They might have just fumbled the VAT/non-VAT price and correct it when the thing actually ships, but is certainly worth watching. So there, N900 for 420EUR + tax:

I think they have confused the VAT/non-VAT... in Italy (for example) the VAT (IVA) is about the 20%. Therefore if 500€+20% is exactly 600€, which is the Italian price for the Nokia.

Dutch lowest price at the moment is around 535, for an unlocked phone

That's including BTW (VAT) @ 19% too.

And my supplier currently puts release date at end of november. No idea how reliable they are

They DO have a net price of ~420 euros listed (so you get a final post-VAT price of 500 for Germany, 503 for Italy, 525 for Denmark, etc). Certainly could be a typo, but the site is very clear what is netto and what is brutto.
