It is obviosly 'Yolla', not 'Dzholla'.

Here you have two recent marketing videos:
The video introducing Jolla
The official tutorial

Both are in English, so they are not targeted at the Finnish audience specifically. Both mention 'Yolla'. The tutorial is likely to be viewed by all international buyers, so I'd expect they'd use the official name name, wouldn't you?

I thought this was quite clear already - I recall numerous statements (usually answers on Twitter) from Jolla that it should be pronounced 'Yolla'.

So what would they call their next phone then? You gotta set up your naming conventions early. Brb, watching Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope.

Jolla is Finnish meaning a small boat, typically a very small rowing or sailing boat. Maybe the next one is called "Kirkkovene", which is a large rowing boat with around dozen rowers.

Although codenames for devices are often interesting, I doubt a word that is sometimes associated as rude description of womans genitals would fly.
(to understand why, just imagine simplified boat shape with many oars from top...)

It's definitely not pronounced "available in the US soon".

Can you please link to those statements? It contradicts what they said before.
