My suggestions:
Text Editing : the bouble is not readable!!! bad contrast between Blue and Black, i suggest u to make it Dark Gray the bouble and White the Text maybe bold
like in the image
further more i wold suggest you to make ToolButtons have a Blue border like in the image
3G etc Icon is totaly unreadable
Furthermore i found a solution for the red borders, when i installed HomeScreensettings they disapeared ? :O
but the icon text got black -.-

I'm not sure that your postinst will work. AFAIK you're running openmode, so you postinst works fine for you. But users without openmode will get 'permission-denied' error in installation-log. You should make aegis-manifest to provide user-credentials for your postinst.

EDIT 1 : After trying Ancelad's suggestion, the postinst still doesn't work. Permission denied. I reckon I need to be in openmode to make it work. =/

1. Textedit - those are one of the things that i wanted to fix, however, i do not think it is possible to change the text color. I was trying to go for an ios7 style with the blue, but as you can see it failed pretty bad

3. 3G - I dont have any issue reading them.. So i am rather confused about that. Will make them bigger in next update.
4. Icontext - Its meant to be black. The testers were annoyed that it was unreadable when it was white.
