kp50 is runnig fine

Edit:
I love it how you keep our N900's still up to date and improve them.

Edit2:
Now I have problems. My N900 shutted down suddenly and won't boot anymore. It's stuck at the "NOKIA" bootscreen and the indicator LED stays white. I've got backupmenu installed but it won't show then I start the N900 with open keyboard. I left it several minutes without battery, no changes.

Edit3:
I flashed fiasco image. Now it's booting again (and I have to install all again and set it up)

Bingo, packages are in repository: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d.../kernel-power/

But again problem with maemo.org/package interface...

Upgrading 49 to 50 from debs.
dpkg -i kernel-power_2.6.28-10power50_armel.deb kernel-power-modules_2.6.28-10power50_armel.deb kernel-power-flasher_2.6.28-10power50_armel.deb

It's one of the rare situations, where You want to cheer'n'smile and cry in despair, at the same moment.

Anyway, huge thanks for pushing it into repos!

kernel-power...... The most difficult thing is put in the repo.
Fixing is the easy part of the job!

Many thanks to all the night developers making this device everyday a better and greater... MONSTER!!!

so... Installed and perfectly working!

@freemangordon
The only doubt (in my opinion) is about the sr voltage calculation for higher dsp frequencies.
Attached you can find my working profile.
Until now i don't have any crash but, as you can see, the difference between the voltages for 805,850,900 is very very little.
If i move the dsp 600 mhz frequency to the 850mhz core frequency the device hangs at first video playback.

What do you think about?

Here my profile:
kernel-config show

current kernel configuration:
current frequency: 900
supported frequencies: 125 250 500 550 600 720 805 850 900 950 1000 1100 1150
min. frequency: 125
max. frequency: 900
avoid frequencies:
active frequencies: 125:22,90 250:25,180 500:37,360 550:39,400 600:42,430 720:49,520 805:52,520 850:54,560 900:55,600 950:60,600 1000:60,600 1100:72,600 1150:72,600
SmartReflex VDD1=1, VDD2=1
governor ondemand: ignore nice load= 0, up threshold= 95, sampling rate= 300000, powersave bias= 0

The thing is, that, if You use profile You've provided, You can "trash" voltage settings provided in "active frequencies", as SR is calculating and overriding them.

To be absolutely sure that it's SR fault, *disable* both SR (or, at least, VDD1), and check if Your device is absolutely stable with Your profile. If yes, enable SR again, and check SR calculated voltage for 850 and 900, and put result here. We'll be able to see, how much of a difference is in calculated values, as compared to Your "default" profile values.
