If you're ok with a slightly smaller screen, there's the Raon Everun Digital Note. It has an Ubuntu version, but the Ubuntu version doesn't have internal wifi (it comes with a USB dongle, or you can put a wifi PCI-Express-Mini card in it).

Asus is about to come out with the EeePC T91 and T101.

The CTL 2Go "Classmate" just came out with a convertible tablet/touch screen version of their netbook. And in April it's supposed to have Ubuntu support as well.

UMPCPortal is a good place to look these things up.
