Seems to be a server problem, hopefully they'll fix it soon, otherwise I'll have to try to update the protocol version.

I am using Pidgin and it works fine.
What I have noticed is, that if I put a status message on my N900, then I get the same network error and can't sign in. Tho it signs out my pc before the network error, so it gets somewhere.

Pidgin? It's a plugin for conversations? I'm not too fond of the pidgin app... still prefer built in conversations

The issue wit msn haze app is probably just a small bug. The solution is quite simple actually.
Just go into availability - accounts - msn - advanced settings - and remove whatever is in the port option and replace with the msn port 1863.
Connect again and it should work.
