If this is the case, you might need to find the place when the touch connects to the LCD and swap them.
There is glue along the four edges of the LCD. Upper left part of the LCD is easy to remove but others LCD parts are strongly glued.

The protoB2 works very well with the N950 black module.

Nope. As well as for reasons mentioned regarding using up N950s, it makes no sense to "use it daily" then. "Collectors/" usually take care and store things safely after possible refurbishing with adequate(!), original parts..

thats what he is trying to do, he has 3 N950s, and 1 proto, he is trying to refurb his proto with "adequate" original parts, we alrady know there are no source for parts, so he might sacrifice one of his N950

hey, contact this guy. he seems to helped some other people with their faulty N950s

I would left all black panel on it. i have seen many normal black N950s with faulty LCD panel out of the box.

I still doubt it is really a B2 prototype. I had one in hands, was shooting 12MPx photos with physical button - was working! and it had better display panel than our "normal" N950, I was told it is AMOLED. maybe it is B1?
