So after playing around in testing, I would get the little blinking update icon at the top of my N900. Somehow I managed to ignore the update.

Does anyone know how I can "unignore" it so the update icon comes back?

If you don't know how to check your N900's uptime, you probably shouldn't own it.

i dont think you can but if u go to app manager and updates it should be there.

That is correct, you only dismiss the notification, re-clicking the update button re-lists everything.
