to give the feedback that will count...posting here is just 'nice' and/or venting...

A lot of GPS questions so IF you, like me, do not use it due to the poor fix and Nokia's problematic software this is a great way to get the information to Nokia...IMHO....I am sure if I did not have TomTom on my phone and in my auto I might try harder to use the N810 GPS, however, take secs to be able to use my phone and/or auto GPS, just wish I could use the N810 as it is on anyways.

That actually says more about the shortcomings of Nokia's software than about the usefullness of the th/dumbboard.

As I'm not going to buy another Nokia Itablet, and I'm seriously in doubt about Nokia being capable of improving the Itablet software to the level of it actually being a tablet, why should I bother? I get much more enjoyment out of venting.

Done What was with all the phone-related questions at around 90% or so. Nokia of all people should know, it ain't a phone!

As I'm an N800 owner, the survey jumped me right to those questions. I don't expect they reflect Nokia thinking of the N8x0s as phones. Instead, I suspect Nokia has difficulty imagining why anyone, particularly an Internet tablet owner, wouldn't own a cell phone.

Ah so just some general market research thrown in amongst the n810 stuff I guess then. Quite understandable from world's largest manufacturer of mobiles.

Overall the survey was quite in depth, and shows that Nokia has quite an understanding of some of the problems that may thrawt the device. Here's hoping they take the suggestions on board.

Hi,

is it just my selective memory or do some people (like me) not get any GPS questions at all?

I tend to think that they might be wondering if the 'N900' should have a phone in it this time around.

I told them that if they added a couple of SDHC slots, I'd buy whatever they came out with next, period. I *REALLY* wanted an N810, but just couldn't live with the 10GB limitation...

I enjoyed the phrasing of some of the questions, to the effect of "would you have fewer friends if you didn't have a cellphone?"

I'm glad I have a cellphone so that I... hey, where y'all going?
