You say you get message it still locked.. Why you removed system app ? Like I say before tweak QQ -> 1 (or 2 if your phone is 005) -> 4 -> reboot.

if you want to install them manually, you system should be unlocked and you need to run this command as ROOT:

2. Why you can't to do what I wrote you to do:
tweak QQ -> 1 (or 2 if your phone is 005) -> 4 -> reboot.

3. Did you played with tweak AA too ?

yes i remove fb using AA ... FOR The code .. i get
at the last
not fully installed or removed.
E: I wasn't able to locate file for the libqt-facebook package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

Ooh.. Why you not explained what you did? Do you think I have to guess what you did?
From your firs post I thought you used tweak QQ.. I explained not to mix this tweaks..
Try from tweak AA -> 1 (or 2 If you have 005) -> 3..
Try also:
If it not work for you, sorry but probably you need to reflash..
P.S. When you do something, please post output from terminal, that I can see exactly which errors your get etc..

F-7 has a problem for clean flashed phone. Wallpaper becomes black.
There is some .wallpaper file but not a folder (/home/user/.wallpapers). I deleted .wallpaper file and manually created .wallpaper folder, then F-7 again and it works.
