Hi all,
Tried searching the forum but could not find anything related to my current issue.
Basically, the problem I have is that if the switch for DEVICE POSITIONING (in Settings>Device>GPS and positioning) is Enabled, then the icon in the status bar lights up, gets a GPS fix, and stays on, even if no apps are open.
It used to disable itself just fine.
Just noticed it today and I don't believe any new apps have been installed to cause the change.
Now I have to keep it disabled until I want to use any of the GPS apps I have, then I need to enable it just to use the app.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Arie,
I've rebooted a few times, but the icon always comes back.
Just tried again, and about a minute or so after rebooting, the GPS icon is back.
Maybe I have an app that's continually running in the background requesting the use of GPS, but I can't see anything.

Apart from the standard Nokia Apps (Maps / Drive / Foursquare / Facebook / Twitter / Availability etc)
I have the following apps that may use GPS:
Parking
Compass
Waypoint
GPS Speed
Dashboard Lite
Location 2 sms
Waze
FMobi
Sociality
Mee In
QNeptunea
Tweetian
Nelisquare
QUI
Molome
I realise there's a few crossovers betweens, but I'm still deciding which one is working best for me.
One thing I have noticed, is that my camera hangs since installing the paid for version of Front Camera - not sure if that could be something.
I don't think I have anything else that may require GPS, but I'll post a complete list if you need me to.
Thanks again.
