When i'm trying to install created package it says there is something wrong with the package.. can't install by clicking .deb file, should i install those from qtweak?

Don't give up so fast on things... Maybe you could have tried reinstalling the settings with 005 instead of 001... At least in mine only 005 works dur to the mp-harmattan being 005...
Anyway you have done it already why not restore tweaked backup?
I could but i thought that it will come again.. This problem i mean..

Try to install unrestricted system-ui from qtweak, but always give me an error, safe mode bla bla blah, :/

Also the PDF states try uninstallation of only Status Updater to fix it...
