Just impressed with this speed recently, and thought I'd share. I was in downtown Austin, Tx when I got this. Never get these speeds at my work though.

FYI from the results I've received with that website I wouldn't exactly trust what it has to say - one moment it reports impossibly high speeds (hundreds of megabits), the next it returns less than a meg.

I wouldn't trust that readout...the n9 is only capable of 14mbps. I suggest you use the cnlab speed test app

For what it's worth, I compiled nuttcp and did a speed test using my own server, and obtained:

(downlink) nuttcp-r: 4.6126 MB in 21.56 real seconds = 219.08 KB/sec = 1.7947 Mbps
(uplink) nuttcp-t: 2.8750 MB in 20.01 real seconds = 147.12 KB/sec = 1.2052 Mbps

This was on AT&T in a 3G area (i.e. no HSPA+). Not terrible, but nothing great either.

It's just a website: www.my3gspeed.com

Just tested mine in New York City... a not-so-great 1.71 mbps download.
