samsung sure is a company with Brains...

ever heard samsung sayin "we are ending this" or "this is the last of its kind" which we have heard from Nokia so many times

7710 is the last
we are ending series 90
N900 is the last Maemo
N9 is the Last
No meego devices any more

and look at samsung, his BADA is not that hit still they are making devices out of it.. they are into "Windows phone Os", Leading in "Droids"... AND NOW THEY ARE EVEN WORKING ON "TIZEN"
the company just beleives in No Limits/No Bounds..
its such a positive attitude..

On topic, how much cash do you think would be needed to fund this little project? Considering that all the OP is asking for is an n9 chipset on the n900 body. ...And a total reversal of company policy, cos its not like nokia expect people to pay for their phones these days.

If you oc your N900 you will get 1ghz cpu (if you only want one core 1ghz).

256 ram +768 swap =1gb

hmm.. 1Ghz(overclock) + 1Gb Ram(256 ram +768 swap) + 1 Core
