I had got mine pack two days ago. The stands are very nice. One can use stylus or keyboard with no sliping at all.

There shouldn't be any non-slip on the acrylic one (it doesn't stick to acrylic). On the wood one, there will be a very thin coat of something. It's like 1/8mm thick, clear -- if it's not working, try gently scrubbing it with your thumb. Could be that there's dust/paint particles keeping the rubber from contacting your desk surface.

thanks for making a quality product... and thanks for being helpful when dealing with me and shipping, through emails...

i would recommend this stand to anyone and everyone! i have one sitting on my desk at home (i always put phone in stand and hoook up microusb)... and i have the other in my school bag
